This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Grotto Sales ("Application") for mobile devices. The Application is designed as a field visit tracking and attendance system for sales teams.
The Application obtains the information you provide when you log in. This includes your authenticated email address and authentication credentials handled securely via our Supabase backend services.
To provide its core utility of tracking field visits and route attendance, the Application requires access to sensitive device information:
All collected data (including location coordinates, emails, and images) is sent securely via SSL and stored on our secure backend database powered by Supabase. We do not sell, rent, or trade your location history or personal details with any third parties.
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
We believe in giving you full control over your personal data. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated information stored in our systems.
To request deletion of your account and all associated visit logs, site records, and historical data, please send an email request to visheshaggarwal1708@gmail.com from your registered email address. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently purge all of your user records and authentication data from our secure Supabase database within 7 business days.
